Purpose

Customised Corporate Solutions is committed to providing bespoke accounting, taxation, and company secretarial services to businesses in Botswana. Governance Structure

1. Board of Directors: The organization shall be governed by a Board of Directors, which shall consist of no fewer than five (5) and no more than ten (10) members.

2. Executive Officers: The executive officers shall include a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

3. Advisory Committees: The Board may establish advisory committees as needed to provide guidance on specific aspects of the organization’s operations.

Board of Directors

1. Responsibilities: The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall direction and control of Customised Corporate Solutions, including setting strategic goals, approving budgets, and overseeing executive performance.

2. Meetings: The Board meet at least quarterly to review the organisation’s performance and make necessary decisions.

3. Elections: Board members are elected by the existing Board and serve for a term of five (5) years, with the possibility of re-election.
